1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Bald Beard LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Bald Beard LLC specializes in graphic design, branding, and vehicle wrap design and installation. All services are provided according to client specifications and timelines agreed upon in writing or via email confirmation.

3. Quotes and Payments

• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.
• Final payment is due upon completion and prior to delivery or installation.
• Payments not received within agreed terms may result in a delay or cancellation of services.

4. Revisions and Approvals

Clients are entitled to up to [2] rounds of revisions per project unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions may incur extra fees. Once a design or proof is approved by the client, any further changes will be treated as a new project and billed accordingly.

5. Vehicle Graphics and Installations

• The client must ensure the vehicle is clean and free of wax or debris prior to installation.
• Bald Beard LLC is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing paint issues, rust, or poor surface conditions.
• Vehicle wraps may require maintenance and are subject to natural wear over time.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs remain the property of Bald Beard LLC until full payment is received. After payment, ownership of final approved designs transfers to the client. We reserve the right to showcase completed work for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
